Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga has the ability to transform you into your full potential. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga you can transform deep blockages and traumas on a physical as well as energetic level. We are holistic beings consisting of body, mind and soul. Kundalini Yoga touches and includes all levels. It is a transcending, energy-focused and spiritual style of yoga.

You can book a single session or participate regularly in the weekly online courses – the course in German takes place every Monday between 19:00-20:30, the English-language course every Wednesday from 19:00-20:30. Healing, Transformation & Experience

The Kriyas (series of exercises) in Kundalini Yoga are like compositions, consisting of: Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mudras (energy-directing finger-hand postures), Mantra (sacred syllable or verse) and Asanas (postures). Through the special combination and effect of these elements you create an energetic field of healing, transformation and direct experience. Thereby you expand your consciousness and have the possibility to expand more and more and to experience the subtle, subtle energies and to integrate them into your being.

Encounter with the truth

Each Kriya creates the space for deep self-awareness and self-healing. For the encounter with your true essence, the truth - Sat Nam. Sat Nam is the most used mantra in Kundalini Yoga. The two syllables can be translated as follows:
SAT = being, truth
NAM = identity, name
SAT NAM is therefore your true identity, your Higher Self, your immortal core. The mantra will help you to remember your own deep-rooted essence and live to your full potential.

Kriyas

The Kriyas in Kundalini Yoga include different themes and corresponding breathing techniques, mudras, mantras and asanas to balance or activate the energies in the different (energy) bodies (physical and subtle) including the chakra system. The kriyas cover all areas of life and topics such as self-love, Surya Kriya for energy and inner clarity, Kriya for the immune system, Anti Stress Kriya etc.

Impact-oriented

The life energy is brought into flow. This leads to more vigor and alertness in everyday life and a conscious interaction with yourself and others. Kundalini Yoga is impact-oriented, full of meditative elements and techniques that can be directly integrated into or transferred to life. Thus, Kundalini Yoga forms a bridge between the spiritual plane and the worldly stage. It is a style of yoga that deeply connects you to earthly life, strengthening and clearly aligning you physically, mentally and emotionally. Regular practice will help you meet the challenges of your everyday life, as well as the many-sided changes that come our way in this particular time of global change, with balance and from the space of clarity and connection. Kundalini Yoga is really a form of yoga that fits into this quality of time.

No special requirements
Kundalini Yoga is characterized by simple basic postures and can therefore be easily performed by all people. So you don't need any special starting requirements. Kundalini Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and physical conditions. Its beneficial effect is quickly noticeable. Kundalini Yoga opens an individual path to greater health and balance. In addition to physical effects, Kundalini Yoga develops intuition, expands self-knowledge and leads to the experience of higher consciousness. Kundalini Yoga strengthens us to take responsibility for ourselves.

Kundalini Yoga private lesson

Are you going through a difficult or challenging time right now, whether it’s a lot of stress, a lot of conflict, or some kind of illness? Then it’s a chance to get more in balance again through the practice of yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditations. Whatever has caused the imbalance, through the coordinated Kundalini Yoga practice, deep issues and blockages on the mental, emotional and physical levels can be released. Kundalini Yoga can support you to come back to your center and to shape this transitional period constructively and creatively out of your own strength as well as to develop positive change on the three levels – body, mind and soul. I offer individual sessions for: Children, adolescents, adults in all life situations – also for people with disabilities.

You want:

Sensitively and with intuitive feeling I support you individually with psychological or health complaints*, accompany you during changes or crises. In doing so, I draw from the great treasure that Kundalini Yoga offers. Together we develop the way that suits you and your current topic. Appointments by appointment, sixty minutes 80,- €.

I have also accompanied children and adolescents in individual sessions on topics: such as anxiety disorders, school problems, self-esteem strengthening.

* Prerequisite: Kundalini Yoga is help for self-help. Continuity in practice and self-responsibility is the basis for success. Kundalini Yoga does not replace medical treatment. For acute problems, only under the supervision of a physician.
